Upper Body Workout

What you need:
- stability ball
- resistance band
- skipping rope

Workout:
-
warm-up
- 100 skips
- squat & resistance band rows (20x)
- stability ball-1leg butt presses (12x/leg)
- 100 skips
- split squat with side rotations (12x/side)
- 1 leg, alternating arm fly's with resistance band (10x/leg)
- 100 skips
- side squat to 1 leg balance and lateral raise (10x/leg)
- bent over pulls with resistance band (20x)
