Total Body Workout

What you need:
- backpack with weight (start with 15lbs, and add 10lbs each week)
- resistance band
- skipping rope

Workout:
- 100 skips -- no pack
- static elastic hold with back lunge to one leg balance (12x/leg) -- with pack on
- supine body pulls (20x) -- with pack on
- 100 skips -- no pack
- stairs -- with pack on
- lateral shuffles, 30 secs on/off (2x) -- with pack on
- 100 skips -- no pack
- side lunge to 1 leg balance (12x/leg) -- with pack on
- push-ups (to failure) -- no pack
- 100 skips -- no pack
