Hills Walking Workout

This is for Phase 1 of the fitness program.

What you need:

find a hill that takes you about one minute to walk up.

Workout:
- walk up/down hill (10x) -- walk slowly heal to toe both up/down

 

Hills Sprint Workout

This is for Phase 2 of the fitness program.

What you need:
-
find a hill that takes you about 30 seconds to run up.

Workout:
- run up hill, slow walk down (10x) -- heal to toe both up/down
